Imagine a place where you can go, at anytime, to rehearse that show, practice that dance, or just hang out with other artists. That is our dream. We want to take our mission of artistic opportunity for all to the next level by offering affordable rental studios, meeting spaces, performance venues, and more. We also hope to provide a safe space for artists to build a community together with a performance cafe, nightlife events in an artist clubhouse, and regular opportunities to join in on productions, competitions, and more.

Everyone starts somewhere. At LAD Space, we believe it's never too late to begin your artistic journey. Our goal is to offer inclusive, multi-level arts classes that fit your schedule. In addition, we plan to create opportunities year-round through our community productions and events. We are invested in you as a creative.
A dream for artistic performance...
We're often asked what the "Space" means in "LAD Space." The answer is synonymous with the dream. It represents our passion to create a safe space for creatives. Through rehearsal spaces, indoor and outdoor venues, and more, we aspire to have an "open door" policy in our venues, so that anyone with a passion and a dream can "come create."
A dream for artist fellowship...
In addition to our venues, we hope to create spaces for artists to invest in each other. Imagine a comfortable performance cafe, a lively nightclub, and numerous collaborative events. We hope to provide a space for every person to join together for communal events such as karaoke nights, trivia, themed dance parties, concerts, cabarets, and more every day of the week!
A place to come create...
Sometimes people need time to themselves to work independently on their project. Sometimes people are looking for inspiration. Sometimes, motivation is the factor. We understand the need for artists to find that motivation, and we want to help! We aspire to keep our property clean and serene. We aim to create beautiful areas such as garden spaces, practice rooms, community pianos for your enjoyment, and so much more! We want to make your creative process easy and enjoyable.
